Marathon Prize Day

Students will have the opportunity to toss some water balloons and find out who the top fundraising families were for this year’s marathon.  In addition, there will be new awards where all students have a chance to win a prize out of a hat.  As always, we anticipate a spirited (and wet*) afternoon!

The awards and fun will begin at 12:30 on Friday, May 10, and run until about 2:15; parents are invited to join in the fun.  We will begin in the large dining room and then proceed outside.

*Students should bring extra clothes even if they don’t “plan” to get wet.

Living Rosary on May 13

Students and staff will be praying a living rosary on Monday, May 13 at 11am.  Parents and community members are invited to join us as we ask Mary to intercede for us in a special way during this month of honoring Mary as Queen and Mother.

Thanks for your support!

Our Little Flower School Marathon was a success this year thanks to the involvement of many people: the committee did a fabulous job of planning  and organizing a fun event for us, many family members, friends, alumni, and community members supported us through their prayers and financial donations, Marathon participants did a great job of walking, running, and biking!  Every level of participation is important for the success of this event and we thank you for being part of it.  All donations need to be turned into the office by Wednesday and the Marathon festivities will continue with awards on Friday.

May Crowning is Friday

May is a month to honor Mary as our Mother.  All are invited to join us as we ceremonially place a crown on her head to remind us of her role as Queen.  Our third grade students, who recently received the Sacraments of Confirmations and Eucharist, have the honor of carrying the crown while we all join in honoring Mary, Queen of May.
