Red Ribbon Week

Little Flower School will be observing Red Ribbon Week the week of October 26th.  All students and staff are invited to participate in a week of school spirit to celebrate our choice to be drug free!!!

• Monday (October 26) – Red Day (wear red to help kick off Red Ribbon Week) – “Proud to be Drug Free”

• Tuesday (October 27) – Hat Day (wear a hat to school) – “Use Your Head- Don’t Do Drugs”

• Wednesday (October 28) – Pajama Day (wear your pajamas to school) – “Don’t Be Caught Sleeping, Say NO to Drugs”

• Thursday (October 29) – Sports Day (wear your favorite sports team or jersey) – “Team Up Against Drugs”

• Friday (October 30) – Little Flower Day (wear Little Flower great or school colors) – “Our School Chooses to be Drug Free”

Parent/Teacher Conferences

Parent Teacher Conferences scheduled for October 20 will follow the arranged schedule but all meetings will take place via Zoom.  You will need to go to www.zoom.us to join a meeting if you haven’t already installed Zoom on your computer or device.  Each teacher has a different meeting number (you should have received a letter with this information) so you will have to log in multiple times to visit with multiple teachers.  Report cards and additional information needed for conferences will be sent home with your child(ren) on Tuesday.  Contact the school office if you have questions about this.

Confirmation Parent Meeting

Third Grade Families.  The Sacrament of Confirmation preparation continues at St Therese the Little Flower Parish with our second  Confirmation Parent Meeting on October 18, 9:30-10:15 in the MCDR.  Mark your family calendar for our  Confirmation retreat which will be held  on Saturday Nov 14.

Annual Parish Mission is Wednesday, October 7

The Triumph of the Heart of Mary, Victory over this Present Darkness. Join us this Wednesday evening, October 7 from 7-8:30 PM for Little Flower’s Annual Parish Mission! Come experience an informative and uplifting evening of faith with guest speaker Fr. Anthony Hession, live music provided by Brady Broslien and Adoration. Lunch will follow in the MCDR. If you are unable to attend you can participate by tuning into the live event on our Little Flower Facebook page.
