A friendly reminder from our PTO to please help with the selling of the “What a Difference a
Day Makes, Pray 3.6.5” calendar dates. Extra cards can be picked up in the school office.
Multiple dates are still available and only cost $50 per day.
Parents please call the office if your child is going to be absent or picked up early, even if
you have contacted the teacher, please inform the office as well.
The Public Health Nurse will be here for vision screenings on March 13th. Screenings for
Preschool will be at 9:30 and K-6 will begin at 1:30.
No School on Friday, March 15th.

A Drums Alive fundraiser form was sent home with all students. We were asked to participate by
sending home information and allowing students to bring their forms back to be picked up. We are not a direct sponsor of this activity.
Storm make up dates: April 24th will now be a full day of school. May 24th will now be
the last day of school. Please note that with the recent late starts we will have additional time to
be made up.
Parent Teacher Conference – March 11th and 12th.
Lenten Boxes were sent home this past week.
Daylight saving time is this weekend, please remember to turn your clocks ahead one hour.

What A Difference a Day Makes Intentions
3/3 Pray for Maurus Brossart on his birthday.

3/9 Pray for each member of the Steve Deplazes family to grow each day in the love of Jesus.
PLEASE SEE BACK SIDE:
The Sacrament of Reconciliation will be offered to 2nd grade students at our
First Reconciliation Retreat on Saturday March 9th. Sign-in is at 7:45. The
Retreat begins with Mass at 8:am and ends with a Certificate Presentation
after a Pot-luck meal. Please keep the second graders  and their families in
prayer during the next week and especially on March 9th.
This Sunday, March 3,  is “Safe Haven Sunday” through out the Diocese of Fargo.
In recognition of  the important message of “Safe Haven Sunday,” all Little
Flower Parents & Grandparents are invited to gather for a presentation on
the topic of  ‘Smart Catholic Parenting in a Sexualized Culture,’ as
presented in the  book, “Equipped,”  This Parent meeting will be held from
10-10:25 am, at the end of the Shared-Faith Shared Space program, on Sunday
March 10th.  Please plan to come and enjoy the Shared-Faith Shared-Space Craft and
Lesson on Lent with your children and/or the Parent Meeting that follows. We
will be meeting  in the Msgr Cloos Dining Room. ‘Equipped’ Books for
parents,  will be provided.
Prayers for our Confirmation Candidates.  We joyfully request  prayer
partners from St Therese the Little Flower Parish, for the 3rd grade
students who will be receiving the sacraments of Confirmation and First
Communion.  A Prayer board has been placed in the east alcove with the names
of students who are preparing to receive their sacraments on April 5. Please
visit the alcove and take the name of a student and their family to  pray
for  during this preparation period.
